If you have an existing utility account (water, sewer or trash), register your account with CustomerConnect.
Click on the New User logo and fill out the registration form with the following information:
- Create a Username and Password
- Enter the mailing zip code and account number found on your utility bill
- Enter your email address
- Click on the Register button.
A New Registration email will be generated. Towards the bottom of the email there will be a link in the text to activate your account. The link will begin with "https://nscc-web.gjcity.org/default.aspx? ...". Cut and paste the entire link in your web browser to take you to the CustomerConnect website where you will see a verification message. From there you will be able to log in with you newly created username and password to access your account information.
