The City of Grand Junction provides over 31,000 homes and businesses with one or more of the following services:
If you are purchasing a home, your title company should establish service for your new address. However, it is always a good idea to follow up and verify your account information with us.
If you are renting, leasing or a homeowner that does not have an existing City utility account, you can create an account with CustomerConnect. If you do not have access to a computer or printer, you can pick up a Residential Application at 910 Main Street.
Applications can be returned to CustService@gjcity.org or in-person at 910 Main Street. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The City of Grand Junction offers many ways for you to receive and pay your utility statement. There is a free auto-draft program that debits funds directly from a checking or savings account. For a small fee, payments can be made with a credit card or electronic check in-person, over the web, or via our 24-hour phone system. We accept cash or check payments at 910 Main Street during regular business hours.
For more information on these services, please contact our office at 970-244-1579.
