Food Service Establishments
The Fats, Oil and Grease Sector Control Policy establishes City requirements for any food service facility that has the potential to discharge Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) into the sanitary sewer system.

Hauled Waste Requirements
The Persigo Wastewater Treatment Facility accepts liquid hauled wasted from permitted waste haulers at dedicated discharge points at the treatment facility.
