Grand Junction, CO - On January 2, 2026, at approximately 8:55 p.m., first responders with the Grand Junction Police Department and Grand Junction Fire Department responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash into the Lucky Me convenience store, located at 2902 Patterson Road.
A vehicle drove into the front of the business, causing damage to the storefront and striking a store employee inside. The employee was evaluated on scene for minor injuries.
The driver, who is suspected to have been impaired, was taken into custody. Charges are pending.
