As we approach the holiday season, residents are encouraged to plan ahead for the following City closures and service impacts.
Municipal Office Closures
City of Grand Junction offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25, in observance of Christmas, and on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of New Year’s Day.
Recycling and Solid Waste Services
The Recycling Drop Off will be closed on December 25 and January 1, 2026. Trash and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day during the holiday weeks.
