• Linden Ave. will be closed between Unaweep Ave. and Hwy. 50. Open to local traffic
• Roubideau St. is closed between Unaweep Ave. and Santa Clara Ave. Open to local Traffic. 
• Santa Clara Ave. is closed between Roubideau St. and Palisade St. 
• Follow detour signs and traffic control direction

2025 Accessible Sidewalk Project

• 9th St. will be closed at Walnut (North side of Walnut only)
• Access to residences will be open

Non-City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restriction  

I-70 Business Loop Improvements (CDOT) 

• First Street will be one lane
• Ute & Pitkin will be one lane

Xcel Energy 25 Road Natural Gas Replacements Project

• 25 Road will be closed north of Patterson Rd. to south of F 1/2 Rd. 
• Access will be open to residents
• Follow signs, detours, and traffic control
