City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions

F 1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 ½ Rd. Concrete work
• One lane traffic will continue at roundabout

30 Road Pedestrian Improvements Project

• Construction impacts on 30 Rd. South of D Rd. to Debra St. all week
• Be aware and follow traffic control directions
• Expect delays

Deeply Digital Fiber Project

• 29 Rd. and Orchard Avenue
• Expect lane shifts & short delays

2024 Sewer Repair Project

• Closures on 22nd Street between Ouray & Gunnison through late September. Closed to through traffic, open to homeowners.
• Alley south of 12th & Hermosa will be closed.
• Northbound right lane on 12th closed north of Patterson.
• 12th Street at Wellington will be closed Wed. night and Thurs. night from 8 p.m. - 6 a.m. All access to entrances will be open, but with some short detours.

I-70 Business Loop Improvements

• 3rd St. Between Ute & Pitkin Avenues will be closed.
• Business access will be open but adjusted to support construction and customer needs

Redlands Trails Detour

• Asphalt replacement on south side of the Redlands bridge is now underway.
• Follow posted detours to ensure safe journey while using trails in the area.

Marillac Clinic

• 29 Rd. will be closed from Bunting to Sandra, with a detour from North Ave. to Orchard Ave. for heavy traffic Mon.-Fri.
