24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project
- Please be aware of moderate traffic impacts and new lane configurations on 24 Rd. for landscaping
2024 Sewer Replacement Project
- Glenwood closed between 17th and 18th
- When open, will be one lane with flaggers
- Resident access will be maintained
- Alternate route is advised
Riverside Waterline Replacement Project
- Hale Ave., Park Ave., Fairview Ave. and Ute Ave. will be patched in April
- Resident access will be maintained
Ute and Pitkin Waterline Replacement Project
- Lane closures 1st and Main to 4th and Pitkin
F1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction
- 24 Rd. will be one lane Northbound and Southbound at F1/2
1st St. Gas Line Construction – CDOT
- 1st St. between Rood Ave. and Pufferbelly
- 1st St. will have both lanes, but median is still under construction
Xcel Project at 25 Rd. and Foresight Cir.
- Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd. will be closed, detours will be in place
- Access to businesses will be maintained
- Expect delays and longer than normal commute times
Highline Fiber Project
- From 7th and North to 1st and North along the north right of way will be down to one lane Monday through Friday
- From Walnut and College Pl heading north to Wellington and N. 11th along the east right of way will be down to one lane Monday through Friday
- From 12th and Pinyon heading north to 300’ north of Bookcliff Ave on the west right of way with one lane open Monday through Friday
- From 1st and Reller heading north to 1st and North Ave. doing the alley crossings with one lane open and lane shifts Monday through Friday
- From Mesa Ave. and 28 ½ heading north to Hall Ave and 28 ½ along the west right of way with three crossings and down to one lane Monday through Wednesday
23rd Street
- 23rd St. closed at the intersection of 23rd St. and North Ave. on the north side.
- Westbound traffic with one lane crossing 23rd St. Expect delays
- No left turn eastbound on North Ave. crossing 23rd St.
