City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restrictions
24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project
- Moderate traffic impacts and new lane configurations on 24 Rd. for landscaping
- Be aware of the posted 15 mph speed limit around the 24 Rd. and G Rd. Roundabout
- Access to Canyon View Park, Golden Gate Petroleum & Community Hospital will be maintained
City of Grand Junction Leaf Removal Program
- Please slow down in areas where City crews are working
- Anticipated completion: early December (weather permitting)

2023 Sewer Replacement Project
- 27 Rd. from Milo Dr. to B ¾ Rd. will be closed
- Resident access will be maintained
- Anticipated completion: October 2023
Riverside Waterline Replacement Project
- Rockaway Ave. and Chuluota Ave. between Fairview Ave. and Hale Ave. is closed to thru traffic
- Resident access will be maintained
- Anticipated completion: end of November
Sewer Replacement Project
- 25th St. from North Ave. to Bunting Ave. will be closed
- Plan alternative routes
- Business access will be maintained
- Anticipated completion: early November
Non-City of Grand Junction Projects with Travel Restriction
Mesa County ADA Ramp Replacements
- I-70B to Lodgepole St.
- Lane shifts, westbound from I-70B to Lodgepole St. and eastbound from Lodgepole St. To I-70B
S. Broadway between 23 Rd. & Easter Hill Dr.– Private Development
- Utility work along with new curb, gutter and sidewalk construction
- Expect intermittent road closures with well-marked detours
- Resident access will be provided
1st St. Gas Line Construction – CDOT
- 1st St. between Rood Ave. and Pufferbelly
- 1st St. will be reduced to one lane for both south and north bound traffic
- Expect delays
- Anticipated Completion – mid November
Xcel Project at 25 Rd and Foresight Cir.
- Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd will be closed, detours will be put in place
- Access to businesses will be maintained
- Expect delays and longer than normal commute times
- Night work will be taking place
