2024 Sewer Replacement Project

• Patching 18th & Elm to 15th & Glenwood
• Patching Gunnison Ave. West of 28 ½ to East dead end

Riverside Waterline Replacement Project

• Hale Ave., Park Ave., Fairview Ave., and Ute Ave. will be patched in April
• Resident access will be maintained

Ute and Pitkin Waterline Replacement Project

• Expect lane closures from 1st St. & Main St. to 4th St. & Pitkin Ave.

F1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 Rd. will be reopened for the month of May

Non-City Projects with Travel Restrictions

Xcel Project at 25 Rd and Foresight Cir.

• Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd. will be closed, detours will be put in place
• Access to businesses will be maintained
• Expect delays and longer than normal commute times

Highline Fiber Project

• Hall Ave. & 12th South to Gunnison East side right of way one lane Monday through Friday
• 28 ½ & Mesa heading South on East side right of way 300’ one lane Monday
• Poplar Drive & Independent Ave. Crossing Independent Monday & Tuesday-then 300’ East on South right of way one lane Tuesday through Thursday
• 28 Rd & Elm heading East on South right of way to Eastgate Ct one lane Monday through Friday
• Rolling traffic control 25 ½ & Patterson East to 1st, then South on 1st to Orchard, then East to 7th, then South to North Ave, then West on North Ave. To 1st St
