The City of Grand Junction Parks and Recreation staff along with DTJ consultants will host a public meeting for the Whitman Park design project with an opportunity for community members to review three design concepts prepared by DTJ consultants. Public feedback from a community-wide survey provided insight for City staff and DTJ consultants regarding the needs and opportunities for a redesign of Whitman Park. Parking for the meeting will be located in the lot adjacent to Ute Ave. and S. 7th St.
