24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project

• Please be aware of moderate traffic impacts and new lane configurations on 24 Rd.

2024 Sewer Replacement Project

• Glenwood Ave. between 18^th St. and 15^th St. open to traffic with graveled temporary patches

• Proceed with caution

 Riverside Waterline Replacement Project

• Hale Ave., Park Ave., Fairview Ave. and Ute Ave. patched in April
• Resident access will be maintained

Ute and Pitkin Waterline Replacement Project

• Lane closures 1^st and Main St. to 4^th St. and Pitkin Ave.

F1/2 Parkway Phase One Construction

• 24 Rd. will be reduced to one lane each for northbound and southbound traffic at the F½ Rd. Intersection

1st St. Gas Line Construction – CDOT  

•  1st St. between Rood Ave. and Pufferbelly Station
• Both lanes will be open on 1st St. but median is still under construction

Xcel Project at 25 Rd. and Foresight Cir.

• Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd. will be closed, detours will be in place
• Access to businesses will be maintained
• Expect delays and longer than normal commute times

Highline Fiber Project

• From 7^th St. and North Ave. to 1^st St. and North Ave. along the north right of way will be down to one lane Monday through Friday
• From Walnut Ave. and 11^th St. heading north to Wellington Ave. and 11^th St. along the east right of way will be down to one lane Monday through Friday
• From 12^th St. and Pinyon Ave. heading north to Bookcliff Ave. on the west right of way with one lane open Monday through Friday
• From 1^st and Teller Ave. heading north to 1^st and North Ave. doing the alley crossings with one lane open and lane shifts Monday through Friday
• From Mesa Ave. and 28½ Rd. heading north to Hall Ave. and 28½ Rd. along the west right of way with three crossings and down to one lane Monday through Wednesday
