24 Road and G Road – Traffic Roundabout Project  

• Moderate traffic impacts and new lane configurations on 24 Rd. for landscaping 
• Be aware of the posted 15 mph speed limit around the 24 Rd. and G Rd. Roundabout  
• Access to Canyon View Park, Golden Gate Petroleum & Community Hospital will be maintained 

City of Grand Junction Leaf Removal Program 

• Please slow down in areas where City crews are working 
• Anticipated completion: early December (weather permitting)

2023 Sewer Replacement Project 

• 27 Rd. from Milo Dr. to B ¾ Rd. will be closed for paving on November 15
• Resident access will be maintained 
• Anticipated completion: November 2023

• Lane shifts while milling and paving take place
• Expect delays
• Alternate route advised

Riverside Waterline Replacement Project 

• Rockaway Ave. and Chuluota Ave. between Fairview Ave. and Hale Ave. is closed to thru traffic
• Resident access will be maintained 
• Anticipated completion: end of November  

Sewer Replacement Project 

• 30 Rd. will have lane realignments south of E ½ Rd.
• Slow down through the construction zone
• Anticipated completion: November

Mesa County ADA Ramp Replacements 

• I-70B to Lodgepole St. 
• Lane shifts, westbound from I-70B to Lodgepole St. and eastbound from Lodgepole St. to I-70B  

S. Broadway between 23 Rd. & Easter Hill Dr.– Private Development

• Utility work along with new curb, gutter, and sidewalk construction 
• Expect intermittent road closures with well-marked detours 
• Resident access will be provided 

1st St. Gas Line Construction – CDOT   

• 1st St. between Rood Ave. and Pufferbelly 
• 1st St. will be reduced to one lane for both south and northbound traffic 
• Expect delays 
• Anticipated Completion – mid-November 

Xcel Project at 25 Rd and Foresight Cir. 

• Foresight Cir. at 25 Rd will be closed, detours in place 
• Access to businesses will be maintained 
• Expect delays and longer than normal commute times 
• Night work will be taking place 

Fiber Boring

• Parkway Dr. and 29 ½ Rd. will be reduced to one lane Tuesday-Friday
• 30 Rd. and Bookcliff Ave. will be reduced to one lane northbound
