- Building Fire Station 6 (2020), Fire Station 7 (2022), and Fire Station 8 (2024.)
- Purchasing response vehicles and equipment to supply the three new stations.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training 57 firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics.
- Hiring 3 additional administrative staff to support them.
Progress So Far
- Hired: Training Officer, 21 firefighters to provide staffing needed for Station 6, academy for these recruits began March 30th, 2020.
- Purchased: Protective equipment and uniforms for firefighter recruits, Station 6 operating equipment.
- Built and Opened Fire Station 6: Construction began March 23rd and the Station Opened November 9th, 2020.
